In another case revealed by the customs officers of the Bukhara region customs administration, at the customs post of foreign economic activity "Gijduvon" it was discovered that there were an offence, during the customs clearance of an imported crane in the name of citizen R.S..
Although the documents state that this special equipment was produced in 2020, the results of the examination of the condition of the vehicle did not confirm this.
In particular, the chassis of the crane was marked with hand-made welding marks, the labels with the information on the crane cab were forged, and the spare parts of the crane were found to be manufactured in 2016.
All this means that this technique was produced in 2016. The plan to get benefits in the amount of 4.2 billion soums from customs duties by falsifying the data did not work.
When a truck crane imported in the name of citizen B.D. was also inspected in the prescribed manner, suspicious cases were observed and re-examination was ordered.
The initial conclusion of the examination confirmed that the truck crane was produced in 2018, in fact, it was previously repaired to give it a new look. Labels indicating that it was manufactured in 2012 were found on the crane parts, and traces of manual welding were found on the truck crane chassis.
After re-examination, it was confirmed that this technique was produced in 2012.
The plan to get benefits in the amount of 3.2 billion soums from customs duties by falsifying the data did not work.
Thus, in these cases, benefits from customs duties for 7 bln. 422 mln. UZS were canceled and customs duties were recalculated.
An investigation is underway.
