The main buyers of beans are Pakistan and Afghanistan.

Another aspect is that since the beginning of the pandemic, ie from March 2020 to date, 14.1 thousand tons of beans worth  24.2 million dollars have been exported to Afghanistan and Pakistan.

At the same time, 9.4 million dollars worth of "mosh" and 2.2 million dollars worth of peas were exported from Surkhandarya region to the two countries this year. At present, the export of these products is carried out day and night at customs posts.

Beans are not only a useful product for human health, but also one of the most lucrative industries for the person who grows it.

More than 200 species of beans are found in the tropics and subtropics, mainly in America. As the climate of Surkhandarya region is also subtropical, beans can be harvested very well.
