Customs officers put an end to illegal transit of goods worth 10 billion soums.

The Combating smuggling and customs audit department of the State Customs Committee, in cooperation with the customs administrations of Andijan and Tashkent regions, revealed a transit operation aimed at smuggling goods out of customs control.
Customs officers put an end to illegal transit of goods worth 10 billion soums.

Two trucks arriving at midnight to leave the neighboring country through the border customs post "Dustlik" of the Andijan regional customs administration were inspected by an inspection complex in the prescribed manner.

It should be noted that there are sharp differences between the goods exported by trucks and the goods specified in the documents submitted by drivers to customs. According to the documents, one of the cars was supposed to contain 11 types of goods and the other 14 types.

However, seeing that during the customs inspection the vehicles were loaded with relatively low customs value foam, glue, special clothing and gloves for builders, rubber boots and hammers, it can be concluded that the cars were filled with these goods only in name so as not to leave empty!

So, the question arises as to whether trucks came in our country with goods worth 49 million soums.

After all, was it necessary to bring these goods from abroad, despite the fact that their transportation cost several times more than the body price?

In fact, these vehicles entered the country on October 16 this year through the border checkpoint "Dout ota" in the Republic of Karakalpakstan.
