During the operation carried out by the staff of the Department of Combating smuggling and customs audit of the Tashkent region customs administration in Bekabad district, a citizen N.S. driving a "VAZ-2106" car had been taken under surveillance.

During the operation, the vehicle had stopped and citizen K.R. gots out of the car and took a black polyethylene wrap lying on the side of the road then continued to move in the car.

Sensing that he was being followed by customs officers, the man immediately threw the package out of the car window.

He was apprehended by officers and the discarded package was found at the scene.

When the package was opened in the presence of witnesses, according to experts, the substance in it was found to be a "hashish" drug with a net weight of 750.95 grams and was seized as material evidence.

The case is under investigation.
