Employees of the Customs administration of Khorezm region and the State Security Service inspected a car "Lacetti" with the help of a service dog during an operation in Gurlan district of Khorezm region. As a result, 997 gr. “opium” drug was discovered and it was found to belong to I.M., who was traveling as a passenger in the car.

After that, the operative action was continued by law enforcement officers.

As a result, it was discovered that a citizen, who was traveling as a passenger in an ISUZU truck traveling on the Tashkent-Urgench route, had 1 white cellophane bag with 185.49 grams of opium in it.

Criminal proceedings have been instituted under the relevant articles of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and an investigation is under way.
