It is known that the illegal import of narcotic substances, as well as their trafficking is strictly prohibited by law, and entails criminal liability. In this regard, one of the priority tasks of the customs authorities is the identification, prevention and suppression of crimes in the field of their illegal turnover and cultivation.
What was hidden under the train?

In particular, during an operational event conducted by employees of the Department for Combating Smuggling and Customs Violations of the Tashkent Regional Customs administration in cooperation with representatives of other law enforcement agencies, the fact of illegal import of narcotic substances was revealed.

A customs inspection of a freight train arriving at the station was carried out at the border railway station "Ok kuprik" in the Tashkent region.

During customs control using a service dog nicknamed “Max”, 2 plastic convolutions in which there was a narcotic substance marijuana in total more than 600 grams hidden between the wheels of one of the train cars were discovered.

Currently, customs checks are being carried out on the fact of violation.
