The competition will select the best managers in the field of public and state administration, law, finance, industry, economy, ICT, agriculture, architecture and construction, tax, customs, science, education, culture, health, foreign policy, transport and logistics.

It should be noted that 8,334 candidates were registered as participants and only 3,825 applicants were recommended for participation in the competition and took part in the first contest organized in order to ensure systematic selection of promising management personnel in the country, as well as to facilitate their professional development in the system of state and economic management, local executive bodies, other state bodies and organizations. 50 applicants got the final stage and recignized as winners, having all stages passed.

Fortunately, the winners include two customs officials.

In particular, the head of the department of special legal disciplines of the Customs Institute Sakhodulla Shomirzaev and deputy head of the customs post of foreign economic activity "Chukursay" Tursinbay Abdirov have successfully passed all stages of competition.
