Customs officers are effectively combating the illegal movement of precious metals and jewelry across the customs borders of Uzbekistan.

A citizen who tried to smuggle about half a kilogram of gold in his body was detained

Employees of the "Tashkent-AERO" SCC stopped the illegal actions of citizen G.Kh at the international airport “Tashkent” .

As a result of the customs control carried out with the participation of witnesses using modern scanning equipment, it turned out that there were foreign metal objects in the internal organs of the citizen.

It turned out that citizen G.Kh. tried to illegally export pieces of gold, in total more than 434 grams, in the form of 14 units of small smooth ingots.

Currently, according to the revealed fact of an offense, customs checks are being conducted.
