Combating smuggling and customs audit department of the Khorezm regional customs administration in cooperation with the regional department of the State Security Service revealed another case of drug trafficking in the framework of the large-scale operation "Black Drug 2020" in Urgench.

A citizen of Urgench city A.X. was stopped and examined in prescribed manner. And it was found that he had 1.8 grams of "marijuana" wrapped in a 5,000-sum banknote.

The investigation led customs officers to the apartment of B.Z., a resident of Urgench.

An inspection of the house in the prescribed manner and with the participation of attesting witnesses revealed that a cannabis plant was being grown here.

A criminal case has been filed in this regard.
