Recently, customs officers of the "Oybek" border customs post of the Tashkent region when carrying out customs control of the citizen, with the participation of witnesses, who arrived in the country from the neighboring state, had discovered 385.55 grams of yellow metal jewelry hidden among clothes, worth about 96.5 million soums. 

Another case of smuggling jewelry was prevented by the employees of this post.

In the course of customs examination with the participation of witnesses, with respect to a citizen J.M. from the neighboring country, it was found out that the citizen attempted to smuggle 786 grams of yellow metal jewelry worth about 197 million soums to the country.

Customs authorities are currently investigating these cases.
