In particular, on September 24 of this year at the Tashkent International Airport, customs officials were suspicious of the strange and nervous behavior of a passenger, who had arrived from abroad. So, customs control was carried out in respect of the citizen in the established manner.

As a result of inspections, it was discovered that 492.5 grams of jewelry made from precious metals totaling 160 million sum were hidden from customs control among the citizen’s clothes and inside her luggage, and which exceeds the established quantitative restrictions on the import of goods by individuals through customs the border.

Currently, customs checks are being carried out on the fact of violation.
