One of the reasons that hampers the export potential of the region was explained to participants by the fact that the prices of agricultural products exported have a lower price than in the market situation.

It was mentioned that the benefits provided to exporters in the Republic of Uzbekistan should be respected and used honestly and in a useful way.

Also, the open dialogue workshop has provided an overview of current issues facing the optimization of imports and the specific challenges that need to be addressed, as well as the statistical information on production of currently imported certain types of goods by local manufacturers.
